Side effects: If your symptoms are not related to pms, oral contraceptives esp higher doses can cause these side effects.  Rule out pregnancy first too.

Complex answer: The use of systemic Estrace at age 66 is dependent upon several factors. No evidence of breast cancer(or ovarian cancer if the ovaries were not removed at the hysterectomy.) Symptoms that would benefit the use of the hormones other than a "heart" . Local vaginal Estrace may be possible.  You need to see a GYN MD and discuss all of these concerns with him/her to make an informed decision

Need to find cause: It is important to figure out if the pain is in the breast or underlying muscle and factors that aggravate or relieve pain.  Is it more related to physical activity or more during periods which would help differentiate the likely source. If symptoms persist or worsen, would obviously need evaluation by your physician
hopefully you have had your annual mammogram, if not get one.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination. If you have large breasts, it may be pulling on a nerve. Left breast usually hangs lower than right which may explain the symptoms in left breast only. You may wish to try a different bra that provides more support.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

? simple mastitis: if the condition progresses better get examined, right now it may be just local irritation or a blocked duct, try alternating warm cold compresses in-between breastfeeding sessions

Fatigue &amp; pain: Both of these issues requires a MD visit and examination to determine causation and the need for treatment or not. Anemia or cardiovascular issues are one of the main causes of fatigue and shortness of breath.
