Use EpiPEN, (epinephrine) go to ER: You may have no problem with this, but if you have an allergy or you think you do, my advice is to get to an er asap.  They will give you Epinephrine so you don't go into anaphylactic shock, which can close your airway and kill you.  After this episode is over, you might want to see your doctor and get an epipen, (epinephrine) which is a shot of Epinephrine you can give yourself quick if this happens again.

Possible: but depends on whether the site has been deeply scratched or infected or not. Most bite scar will resolve with time (weeks or months).  Bleaching agent (not your laundry bleach) may reduce the pigment but it is best to leave it alone.

Scars;VitaminE: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar.  You can get a bottle of it in the drug store.  It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.

If clustered...: ...In chains or groups, these are likely bedbugs, and bedbugs are very rarely seen.

OK,...: Tough to know what this exactly without an exam.  Sounds like a progression of the healing process, and hopefully you will not acquire scars form the bites moving forward.  Try no to itch them or pick at them as that wold increase risk of infection and scarring.  See Dr. if you feel they are not improving.

Contact dermatitis: Studies show that detergents dyes and other substances can cause irritant or allergic contact dermatitis. This is best treated with topical or systemic steroids. In severe cases a prednisone taper from 60mg to 0 over 12 days is appropriate. Hydroxyzine can be used for itching TID PRN. Differential diagnosis includes folliculitis, scabies. If itching intense and worse at night may be scabies.

Is it infected?: Without physically examining your insect bite, there is only a medical guess as to what is triggering the weeping. Is it infected? This would be the 1st concern--addressing the infection is the only solution here. If the weeping is watery clear, then perhaps this is more of an allergic-type reaction that might respond to oral antihistamines such as allegra (fexofenadine). Call md if infected or not better soon.

Different: Common over the counter treatments for insect bites include ice application, washing the area thoroughly (and trying to avoid scratching) to prevent infection and Hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion. Sronger steroid creams may be prescribed, along with other treatments.
