Foot/ body stiffness: Just the foot or  body also ? If  foot  may be  plantar fasciitis, - treat w/  stretches ( roller massager  can get online) or kinesiotape, NSAIDS ( motrin if not allergic) or input/meds /steroid injections from doc. If  body stiffness,  see doc-check for infection(strep- also have fever or ST), post exercise(charley horse), autoimmune process-check ESR,CRP ANA,TSH, H pylori (GERD), check for MS

Are you gellin?: Start by investing in better shoes.  Good arch and ankle support is essential.  No, the $200/pair is not necessary, but $60-$75 is worth it.  If you can't change the footwear (uniform, steel-toe boots, etc) at least get some good inserts.
