Ortho: consider seeing an ortho  especially if painful.  if something bad you don't want it to go too long without intervention .  and if nothing bad, you will be reassured

Referal: I"m not sure what work up you have had so far, but you will also need a rheumatological work up.  They need to check for rheumatoid arthritis and several other disease that are caused by an auto immune disorder.  Your PCP should be able to do the initial work up but you might need to see a rheumatologist.

Move it: Perhaps you should get up more frequently and move around.  Knee stiffness is not uncommon as a symptom of arthritis, but it may simply be a minor problem, especially if it works its way out quickly upon standing.  Prolonged stiffness for 30 minutes or more may indicate a more complex problem.  You could try simply swinging it back and forth before you stand up.

Primary care: These complaints are likely not related to one problem and somewhat difficult to localize and treat. The buttock pain may be related to your previously diagnosed sciatica or spinal stenosis or something entirely different. Lower back pain is always treated first with your primary care physician. The knee stiffness as well. The tingling may be managed via your PCP or orthopedics or neurosurgery.
