Get treatment: The "bulging discs" are unlikely to be your main problem, as far more likely, that your pain is due to other problems.  However, since you are pregnant, would be VERY careful with prescription medications, and try very conservative therapies, such as gentle physical therapy, and massage.  Do NOT consider chiropractic care.

should i use a sling to keep my shoulder still after having a trapezius muscle injury? no imaging done but doctor says it sounds like a trapezius muscle strain. she prescribed steroids &muscle relaxers & told me to use heat. would a sling help or no?

: If a sling makes it feel more comfortable then use one. Not required but can use one until it settled down more.

Tell your doctor : You mention prescription meds aren't working.  The diagnosis is not clearly. Get in touch with who prescribed the meds and tell them about your concerns.  Ask for a re check..

Anabolic steroids: have a lot of side effects, many more serious than gynecomastia, some even life-threatening.  I don't think any medical professional will advise use of steroids for muscle gain.

Cocaine is harmful: Regardless of the steroid therapy, cocaine can be harmful. Best thing for your health is to completely stop using cocaine.

: Eyelid twitching is typically due to stress, eye strain, or excessive caffeine intake. It is unlikely that completing a short course of corticosteroid and muscle relaxer will cause this sort of problem.

The real issue: These really do affect your mind. You may do something impulsively and without thinking that you will regret horribly for the rest of your life. Beyond this, it's illegal, it's cheating, it will shrink your testicles (it'll be obvious), and it's generally heart-unhealthy. Most women prefer a natural-looking man who's defined and is a gentleman. It's your choice today but I hope you go 'natural.'

Safe Weight Gain?: Steroids should not be your choice to gain weight. In fact your current Ht to Wt is actually healthy. Any addition weight can be gained through weight lifting combined with increased and correct protein/fat/carb intake. Consider a gym trainer to help guide you in a plan for both.
