The tooth enamel does weaken slightly while bleaching- thats why bleach supplied by the dentist contains Fluoride and you are supposed to brush your teeth with toothpaste before and after bleaching.

As a mouthpiece only: If you need a mouthguard for sports, etc., a bleaching tray is absolutely a no no. A grinding/ clenching mouthpiece that is a bit thicker and softer than a bleaching tray would be recommended.  Also, if you have tmj/tmd, do not wear both upper and lower mouthpieces at same time- too thick as one unit.

If it is: Laparoscopic tubal ligation, you should have minimal disability.  Talk to your gyn for specifics, but i think you should be ok after a week or so.

Hope not : Hopefully there are no more facilities such as bridgewater state hospital or we'll have to rely on mr. Wiseman to expose such crude treatment of people. Male sterilization on someone not competent to sign consent has his conservator or guardian hopefully making the right decision for them.

Yes: You can have a severe allergic reaction to eating food that is even contaminated with or touched by shrimp if you are allergic.  This can include death.
