Probably none: Caffeine in moderation such as two cups of coffee a day is ok in pregnancy.  The limited studies suggesting a negative relationship between caffeine intake and pregnancy were either done on animals who were given massive amounts of caffeine or on small numbers of actual patients wherre any real relationship was never conclusively shown.

5 weeks: This is confusing.  Conventionally, the gestational age is dated from the last menstrual period, even though you are not pregnant until 2 weeks later.  The true gestation of a fetus is 38 weeks until the due date and not 40.  Obstetric providers and websites will date use the conventional dating (from last period) unless otherwise stated.  Embryonic age would refer to dating from conception.

PPROM!: Smoking exposes the fetus to dozens of toxins and is to be avoided entirely during pregnancy! it decreases fetal growth and causes preterm premature rupture of membranes (pprom) which can be life-threatening or altering for the fetus.

Too many to list: You basically build your baby using what you put into your body. If you consume toxic substances, baby will show the effect. If you avoid such materials the baby has a chance to grow to the full potential of their genetic abilities.Each of the materials has specific negative effects, & sadly, many ignore the issue anyway.

A genetic accident: During formation of the egg or sperm can leave out an x chromosome in either one. A fetus whose genetic make-up includes the germ cell missing a chr. X has turner syndrome. One of 8 different genetic mutations is passed on to a fetus by 1 parent or happens spontaneously  to cause noonan syndrome. 2 related genetic mutations are passed on to the fetus by 1 parent to cause klippel-feil syndrome.

Not usually apparent: Cystic fibrosis patients are occasionally born with such thick poo that it is stuck & may result in surgical treatment. However, most have no visible findings at birth that would suggest a problem. During pregnancy, the maternal system handles the majority of metabolic challenges, nutrition (placenta), and the issues that may cause failure to thrive  in CF only come into play after birth.

: "Small ovary syndrome" is irrelevant if ovulation is regular, and fertilization occurs, and has nothing to do with "fetal development".  Issues with fetal development may be genetic but depending on the age of the prospective mother, are not subject to the size, just the age of the maternal source of the pregnancy.

See perinatologist: Its frightening to have an ultrasound that gives news that isn't perfect.  Oligohydramnios means that there isn't enough fluid around the baby.   You can help make more fluid by drinking lots and lots of water and getting enough rest.  You need to see a perinatologist to find out why.  This is a doctor who concentrates on complicated pregnancies to find out why.    Best Wishes!

Healthy Diet: There are no particular foods that are good for conception or fetal development - the best thing is to just have a generally healthy diet without alcohol, fast food, processed meats or other processed foods, and lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Good luck!
