"Pimples" on the: head are usually Pilar cysts or folliculitis neither of which is an STD. I can't think of any STD's that would appear on the scalp unless there was a rash all over the body.

Rash: Your best bet is to concult your primary caregiver to differentiate an std from a jock itch, for example. For complex rashes, a sermatologist might be better - your pcp will give you a referral.

Time 4 a Dr. &amp; Exam.: While what you're describing seems most like a primary syphilis lesion (e.g. painless ulcer on penis),  STIs tend to travel together. You are in a high risk part of the US, and many STIs don't have any symptoms in men. Even Valley Fever can cause skin lesions, although I bet you would feel quite sick in that case. HPV also comes to mind. The only way to find out is to get tested. Go 2 clinic today

Self-treatment: It is most likely Pearly Penile Papules (that really is the name!) and they are not serious. I would recommend NOT poking needles in your penis, or any other lesion. You are more likely to create an infection than to solve one! Self-surgery (poking at pustules or other skin things) is not usually a good idea. If you are bothered by something, see your doctor.

Thirdly cound be anal skin tag associated with anal fissure (Split in anal skin).
