Yes: Yes, many infections can do this.  Hpv, or the virus that causes genital warts and ultimately cancers of the cervix, vagina, vulva, and anus can be asymptommatic for a decade or more.  Hiv can have a period without signs.  Gonorrhea and chlamydia are often asymptommatic.  This is why people need to be tested, and not just think 'i am clean because i feel fine'.  Get tested...

Depends which STD: Some can cause infertilty and tubal blockage or a chronic endometritis, your gyn cab determine if you have problems like that.

NO: An STD would not make you disabled.  Get the STD assessed and treated if you have one and never sought care yet.  Best wishes.

STD's w/o treatment : It would be difficult "not to know" if most STD's were present, as most provide symptoms which require an exam by a physician.  Syphillis can last undetected for many years, but routine testing can detect its presence.  HIV can also go undetected until its effects are noticed with other kinds of infection ("opportunistic").

i've been std tested for 2 years and come up negative. i still get a few bumps on my labia minora. they give minimal pain and don't burst. what is it?

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.  A gynecologist will need to visualize what you are seeing to make a diagnosis.

Confirm diagnosis: If a person had trichomonas years ago and got treated (or has never tested positive for it), it is possible that some trich survived and reproduced and stayed with her all this time. Several years with no symptoms is a long time, but nobody knows who holds the world record for the longest number of years of having trich without symptoms. She can ask to re-test now to confirm her current diagnosis.

UTI: This could be prostatitis, urethritis, cystitis or other infection. See your PCP and get this diagnosed professionally one on one. By the way, just because you have been with a partner for many years does not mean that they may not have strayed. Best wishes and hope you get better soon.

: This scenario does not seem like that of HPV and more like part of ejaculate since it gets washed out. Best that both of you get tested for HPV

Delayed period.: Chronic illnesses, or an illness , stress, anxiety, etc. can delay a period if the pregnancy test is negative. Spotting after a pelvic exam could be normal if there is no cervicitis  or trauma to the cervix or hormonal problem  or cancer.

will i die if oral std is left untreated for years and years? never got tested for oral stds and i have had a on and off sore throat, redness. what are my chances? wbc is always very high?

: STIs almost never are fatal, except HIV if not treated. Oral STIs do not cause death, whether or not they are treated. And all oral STIs are cleared by the immune system over time. Sore throat or redness are not STI symptoms, and neither is an elevated white blood cell count. You could have a throat swab to check for oral gonorrhea, and blood tests for HIV and syphilis -- probably will be negative
