Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible.  Eat healthfully &amp; sleep adequate amounts.

?: Not sure what you mean with your poetic description but the primary is the place where the cancer started and a metastasis is a separate area that originated from the primary. It can be in the same or in another organ. Note that some patients can have two or more separate primaries, in other words unrelated cancers that are identified at the same time.

: The germ size is 1 micron, the pores in the common masks are 50-100 microns wide. Common masks are often just a sign of respect for the disease. I don't believe they do much to prevent spread or acquisition of most diseases.  I don't place much value on anything but a KN95 or higher rated mask. We have been mask free where I live for over a year. Your location/government decides their mask policy.
