No Symptoms no RX: 25% of people carry this bacteria in their nose, rectum and vagina, and causes no symptoms.
But if you want to get rid of the bacteria you can use local anibiotics in vagina, if there is coexisting urinary infection than you need oral antibiotics.

Possible UTI: The organism you described is a skin contaminant and is not considered a pathological bacteria it is not the bacteria that has given you a bladder infection. If you have pain on urination or pain around the belly you may have a bladder infection these values in your urine analysis are not diagnostic of a UTI.

: Staph aureus (i.e. coagulase positive staph) is unusual in the vagina. The need for treatment isn't clear if there are no symptoms, but if you have vaginal discharge and/or genital area discomfort, swelling, itching, etc, it probably should be treated -- and some doctors would treat it even without symptoms. Discuss antibiotic options with your doctor.

See below: Gram negative bacteria do not pick up the gram stain dye. They appear pink under the microscope. They include bacilli like e. Coli and pseudomonas and cocci like neisseria and brucella.  Gram positive bacteria pick up the stain and appear dark purple.  They include staphylococcus and streptococcus. Each can cause mild and serious disease. They are treated by different types of antibiotics.

If the culture says it is gpr negative, then that means no gram positive rods were found.  However, it may say other forms were found, including gnr.

Staining technique: Gram positive organisms have a high amount of material in their cell walls which retain gentian violet (a purple stain) on slides looked at under the microscope.  Gram negative organisms have the gentian violet washed out when subjected to acid-alcohol and then they are restained with a red stain which renders them red under the microscope.  It is one way of loosely classifying bacteria.
