hello, i have stabbing sensation in toes and knees intermittently, but becoming more frequent, i also have intermittent sensations of wet toes when dry also on legs arms comes and goes. knees numb sensation again comes lasts seconds then goes?

Peripheral neuropathy refers to conditions that result when peripheral nerve are damaged or diseased. There are MULTIPLE CAUSES: diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, cancer and chemotherapy, autoimmune conditions, medications...to name a few. Recommend doctor visit and work up.

Implant moving: Not sure what you mean; which implant did you receive? Where and how long ago? Did you check with your surgeon about loosening of the hardware? Were recent x-rays taken?

Heart pain ?: One of the 1st “unusual” symptoms we learn in medical school is that heart pain sometimes shows up as left arm pain. At your age this is a distinct possibility. Please see your doctor immediately to make sure this is not your issue.

That means not waiting at home to see what happens next. It could turn out to be a lung problem, a bone or muscle problem, a nerve problem, or an acid reflux problem, but the heart attack kills people. Better safe than sorry. Calling 911 for an ambulance the quick way.

Depends: Pain can be a symptom of something else. Depends on the duration, severity, and quality of your pain. Does it radiate? Is it associate? Any other symptoms along with the pain? These are all questions your doctor will likely ask you. If you had any trauma or activity it is likely musculoskeletal in nature and should improve with rest and a very short course of anti-inflammatories.

Emergency: Left side chest pain is always treated as an emergency as it can be caused by a variety of heart and/ or lung related life threatening conditions. With limited information available a visit to the closest ER will be appropriate and highly recommended.

Pain after injection: Sounds like a nerve was damaged at the injection site. An EMG study could be done to confirm this.
