Squeeze blemish?: It is not a good idea to squeeze blemishes or acne break outs. You run the risk of causing additional inflammation to the area which can lead to scarring and hyperpigmentation.

Normal healing: When tissue is damaged , the vessels leak fluid which helps to bathe the tissue, and helps to immobilize it for  faster healing.  The fluid also has some anti-infective properties.  When you squeeze it, since there is an external opening, then fluid will come out to some degree.  This is normal.

Thorn in foot: If you have a foriegn body lodge in you foot, you should visit the podiatrist to have it removed; squeezing it can push it further into your flesh.

Any kind is good: You are busy! do create time for yourself as that makes you more productive all around. You can walk or jog while kids ride bikes. You can do yoga or pilates. Look at how to do little things while working...Take steps not elevators. There are isometrics you can do at your desk. Walk outside at lunch...Or ? Take longer lunch break and go to gym a couple times a week.. (what might work allow?).

Fingernails at base: Just push at the base with a fingernail on each side and push them together until it comes out. Do not push hard enough to break the skin, it isn't necessary.

No: Soak the boil with cotton balls in hot salt water for 15 minutes every few hours.  Use 1 table spoon salt in 1 liter of water. This will draw the rest of the pus out.  Squeezing it risks squeezing the pus deeper into the tissues.

No: Squeezing out sebum with nails often results in more trauma and more points where infection can set in.  Generally not recommended.
