Unsure: Condoms by themselves have a fairly high failure rate.  I would recommend getting on some type of birth control and use condoms as well ( to protect from std's).  If you don't want to use any birth control then at  least use a spermicide to help make the condom more effective.  You can buy spermicides over the counter.  If you are late for your next period, immediately do an otc pregnancy test.

Difficult to tell: Without knowing more details about your menstrual cycle, and therefore not knowing, when you ovulated, there is no way to tell if you might have conceived. If you want to be sure, take a pregnancy test a week after the encounter; the test would be positive if you did conceive.

Not well known: I am not aware of exact studies on this, but I have had several clients obtain semen samples for analysis by collecting from non-lubricated latex condoms during intercouse, and then transferring the semen to standard plastic collection cups.  In all such cases, motility of the sperm appeared well maintained.

NO: If sperm could go though an unbroken condom they would not be very effective for contraception.
Condoms are designed to not only protect against pregnancy but also sexually-transmitted viral and bacterial infections and those microbes are much smaller than sperm.
That said, condoms don't work 100% of the time as sometimes they break and occasionally sperm leak out from the base.

How it is preserved: It can survive in side female reproductive system up to 5 days , ( most of the time 2 to 3 days ) , out side the body on a dry surface will not survive , but in a condom with liquid  media , when kept in very cold could survive couple of days. In a sperm bank super cooled  with preserves will survive for 5 yrs   or may be more.
