May be related: It is great you stopped  smoking. This  may be related to your stopping. Do not restart. Have  your physician re-evaluate you to see i fthere is another  cause.

Wellbutrin (bupropion): One of the side effects of wellburin is to decrease seizure treshold ( increase the risk of having a seiure), people with h/o seizure should not take wellbutrin, (bupropion) talk to doc about the tremors.

Anxiety: Anxiety is a subjective state of tension, apprehension, worry, uneasiness or fear. It may be related to anticipated danger or arise for no apparent reason. While mild episodes of anxiety are common and do not usually require treatment, more severe forms can be chronic and debilitating. Symptoms of severe anxiety: insomnia, sweating, palpitations, tremors, and fatigue.

Q for more info: The cause varies.  Is the tremor the same on both sides?  Does it occur while sitting quietly, or when holding a glass of water or a laser pointer?  Does it occur every day?  Does it affect hand writing?  These are some of the important questions to answer to determine the cause.

Central (brain): versus peripheral.
In nervousness, there has to be some psychological effect. Tremor there does not have to be.
Many things cause hand tremor due to effects on the hands and the nerves going to them such as increased nerve reactivity (alcoholism, alcohol withdrawal, drugs). Familial tremor
Decreased brain regulation of hands (parkinson's, alcoholism, vitamin deficiency, etc.).

Seizure?: It is certainly possible that you may be experiencing involuntary body movements from a seizure disorder. If there is a family history and or if you are noticing this to be worse after sleep deprivation, then a possibility is called Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy or JME. The movements can be jerky and associated with extreme clumsiness. Another possibility is tremor alone usually controlled.

Chills: Tremors alone are not a commonly recognized symptom of Covid-19, however if you have a high fever and chills, the chills can be pretty severe (rigors) just like when you get a severe flu.  Anytime there is high fever and chills there is usually shaking along with the chills. During an infection, the hypothalamus resets the body's core temperature setpoint to a higher degree, so you feel cold.

when i get nervous or upset i start shaking really bad. i start having complete body tremors especially bad with my head.it started almost a yr ago.

Yes tremors do that: All types of tremors worsen when you are in pain, upset , angry or anxious.
