Maybe: It's difficult to say.  Maybe the first period was really just spotting after the abortion and this is your real period.  Sometimes it can take a few cycles after abortion/miscarriage for regular cycle to occur.  So long as using birth control if you don't want to be pregnant you should be okay. Give your body time to heal and adjust. If after 2-3 months still irregular then see a doctor.
