Not always/few days: Not all women bleed after having sex for the first time, but it is normal to bleed if the hymen was intact and sptting can continue anyway from 1 day to 5 days at most.

Hello. : Hello.  I cannot diagnose the cause of your spotting.  Bleeding  / spotting after sexual intercourse is called postcoital bleeding.  It is not uncommon to have spotting the first time after having sexual intercourse. It can be the result of the hymen being torn with penetration. If the sexual intercourse was painful there could be some trauma to the tissues in or around the vagina.  It is always very important to know your sexual partner well. If your partner has any sexual transmitted diseases that are transmitted to you, that can sometimes be a cause of vaginal bleeding.

: You can bleed from a variety of causes, including irritation or inflammation. The light brown discharge is usually old blood. If you continue to have difficulties, you can see your gynecologist and get examined to find out what is bleeding. Good luck!

It should stop: A membrane was torn, takes a while to heal, maybe a few days to stop bleeding completely. May bleed some the next time U have sex. Make sure not unprotected sex (condom).

: Your first sexual encounter should not be the cause of this persistent spotting. The culprit is likely the OC pill if you have just recently  taken it. This side effect is usually self limited and resolving after 2-3 months.

Activity?: Having spotting the 2nd day (after the hymen has been perforated ) is not uncommon but even if you were pregnant , one would not expect breast changes 4 days after.  I suspect that the pain might have been from direct trauma such as position, strong caress, having a heavy body on top etc.   If NSAID does not help or the problem persists for another 3-4 days, best to check with your doctor.
