Small tear?: If you have never had sex, then you probably are having small tears of your hymen.  The hymen will stretch or tear when you have sex, and you will bleed the first couple of times.  Many women don't have any bleeding because their hymen is either not there or has torn when they were younger through their regular activities.  See a doctor to get checked to know for sure what is going on.

Wait a week, and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Spotting: Does this occur after physical activity or after sex? Are you on the birth control pill? Have you gained or lost weight recently?  If this started recently, it may be due to a polyp on the cervix or inside your uterus.  An ultrasound may help to identify what is going on.
