Unlikely: If you are taking the pill regularly, and did not have unprotected sex, you unlikely to be pregnant.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Variation on normal: What you described seems to fall within the natural and normal variations in menstrual cycles.

Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Endometrial lining: sometimes, endometrial lining sheds in a delayed fashion and as new blood vessels form, they can bleed causing residual bleeding after your period. If this happens rarely, not an issue. However, if you see intermenstrual bleeding routinely, see your gyn for further evaluation  to r/o polyps, irregular thickening of your lining
