10-12 days post IUI: The first reliable indicator is sensitive pregnancy tests will be positive about 10-12 days after a correctly timed iui.

Yes: Hormones are changing rapidly prior to ovulation which in some leads to spotting. Not all bleeding is from inside the uterus. The cervix can in some woman become swollen and bleed easily, especially if there is sexual activity. Good health

can letrozole suppress estrogen to where it is undetected and increase fsh to over 60. always ovulate, no hx of spotting until i took femara for iui. doc tested cd 10 (3 days after last dose), said e2 0 and fsh over 60. ?

Unlikely to be just : femara, more likely perimenopause, premature menopause. Femara suppresses conversion of androgens to estrone, not a direct estrogen suppressor. Should allow normal FSH/estrogen process to allow ovulation to proceed.  The androgen/estrone suppresses ovulation while it  is present, typically from polycystic ovarian syndrome.

8 days past iui.. now having light and very dull cramping.. no spotting or bleeding.. what does that mean? anything serious?

See Doctor: There are many reasons that cramping may occur
it would be best to see your doctor, have an exam
and see what needs to be done. It is possible this
is not a serious problem.
