Pain: Breast pain can occur normally depending on what part of the menstrual cycle you are in. However if there is severe pain, rash on your breast or masses, an exam with a medical provider would be a good idea.

Prepare?: Prepare for the mammogram? It is uncomfortable, but nothing particular to prepare. At age 31 mammogram is not as effective (breast density), so sometimes additional xr views, an ultrasound or breast MRI is needed to clarify areas.

Apply pressure: I suspect by applying pressure the bleeding will stop. If not you should go to an emergency room. If the bleeding does stop today then go see your doctor tomorrow to help diagnose the problem.

Watch: close observation and inspection. if redness increases and you start having pain, you may have a cellulitis or abscess that may need antibiotics and or surgery. do not wait if symptoms increase!

No but have it chckd: You can do the autopalpation to make sure the the areas is soft and there is no hardening. If not clear on what to look for or uncertain have it checked.

Be seen: To make sure you know what your treating. Amoxicillin is good for strep but not other bacteria that may be involved. All the best.

Unknown: Without an exam it is hard to answer your question. A spot or lump on or in the breast can be benign or cancerous. It is best that you see your doctor for a physical exam and the proper testing to determine if the lesion you are worried about is cancer or not.
