Yes I do that: I have been using system called p stem, which a continuous , computerized acupuncture implanted in the ear loop for 3-4 days to treat back pain, so far I have 60 to 70% good result from it. Check that web site.

Arnica, Hypericum: The most widely used homeopathic remedy is probably Arnica, used for all sorts of injuries and trauma. Also consider Hypericum, which is useful for nerve pain, esp. related to injury. You might also try Ledum, which is helpful for puncture wounds. Try these in 12c and/or 30c potencies. I might try each one 2-3 times a day for a day or 2 sequentially to see which helps most.

varies: There are many potetnial causes.  When 'trying to poop' as you put it, you are increasing your pressure in the spinal canal and this can aggravate many spinal conditions.  Just as, for example, a person with a disc herniation may have more pain when they cough or strain.  The other possibilitis may include a non musculoskeletal cause, such as if you have something wrong with your lower GI tract.
