No: Caffeine does not necessarily cause weight loss.  Energy drinks have a lot of calories, should not be consuming unless you do significant physical activity.

: Maintain your hydration and a healthy diet. The vaccinations help to reduce severity of the infection. Loss of taste and smell are common associated symptoms and usually self limited. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and prolonged fever

Yes: Too much caffeine can be bad for you. It can cause rebound fatigue or rebound headaches, increased pulse and dehydration.  Replace those cups of coffee with water.

None of them: Proper diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle is what i recommend to anyone for strength.  Energy drinks are mostly caffeine, sometimes with unnecessary vitamins or additives that really are unnecessary and useless for most people. These can give temporary "strength" or "energy" to people, but do not improve health.

No endorsement: There is an unwritten rule here. We do not advocate or endorse a product.  But, i can very plainly say that these 'energy' drinks are in no way healthy. Sugar and caffeine are nothing special to help with health.

Hyper : Prednisone already makes many people feel "bouncy". Throw in a stimulant and you may not feel well at all. You may also get indigestion or stomach pain. Prednisone is an anti inflammatory medication and energy drinks often contain lots of caffeine. The combination may be too much for your stomach, too.

Neither recommended: Both are bad for you, smoking being the worse of the two evils. However, combining the two can increase chances of stomach and cardiac issues, such as irritation of ulcers, arrhythmias, or hypertension.

NOT REALLY: Do you have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder? If so then energy drinks are probably not a good idea. If you do not have bipolar disorder then is this not the point of an energy drink to get up? If you are concerned, then th solution is simple, do not drink it anymore.

Accepted Answer

No: Most energy drinks contains large amounts of sugar and caffeine. Drinking a liter a day of this could cause high blood pressure or heart problems as well as weight gain.
