Insect bites: Spiders are a common source of bites but usually only when they get disturbed.  Other insects such as fleas and bed bugs can also be present and these will bite you without provocation.  You may need to contact an exterminator.

Too many possibles: This can be dried wax, eczema or psoriasis.  I would need much more information.  Wax typically does not cause tenderness.  That is the major take home to see if you need checked.

Could be: Sometimes things do crawl in your ear.  Sometimes it is just itchy and sometimes there is wax bunching up.  Other times the tube that drains the ear - the eustachian ube- can get plugged and make crackly / popping noise. 

Try rinsing your ears out with soapy water in the shower.

Pop in ear: Depends on what happened next. Drainage, hearing loss, dizziness, fullness. best to see ENT if recurring or persistent symptoms.

Hard to say: I have pulled parts of dead bugs, beads, rocks, wax,etc. out of the middle ear.I take it with your age you don't put stuff in your ear,but to really know what is there someone needs to look.
