Poisonous or not: If a harmless spider, just apply cold compress within first 24 hrs of bite and then warm compress.
If poisonous such as tarantula, go to emergency room asap.

Staph Infection: There is a world wide epidemic of Staph Infections. Nearly all patients with this infection claim at first that it is a spider bite. You must urgently get to the doctor and get the appropriate testing and treatment. Do not let this get any worse.

Depends: On the toxicity of the spider.  Most spider bites cause mild redness and swelling.  Certain ones, notable the brown recluse spider, can cause massive tissue destruction.

See Dermatologist: To see if in fact are spider bites &amp; not another issue/tick/bed bugs. Take photos of stages. Consider precautions: mattress cover; cover body with Skin so soft or other natural noxious smell for insects/bugs/ mosquito net, etc.

See below: If you we're bitten by a spider and you eye swelled up along with any of these symptoms:  facial, lip, tongue, mouth swelling or breathing problems, nausea, vomiting, fainting, dizziness -get seen asap (911).  If you eye is just swollen and you see "floaters" it mat be due to local swelling or another coincidental process going on at the same time.  See an ophthalmologist!

Need evaluation.: It could be a bug bite, a stye, or even a skin infection(cellulitis). These require different approaches to treatment. See your primary doctor or ophthalmologist.
