Spider: Clean with soap and water...If black widow or brown recluse then goto er...If not, then apply  topical antibiotic for 48 hours followed by topical steroid cream...If still swollen or painful, see your primary doctor.

Spider bite: It is incredibly unusual to have a spider bite on the lip, so I am not at all sure that you have the correct diagnosis.  Insect and spider bites can be treated by the application of ice packs which relieves the symptoms and may help to heal the lesions faster.

i just got my spider bites (lip piercings) and my lip swelled. how do i get the swelling down?

Eval : Use ice packs. However, if you develop redness, purulent drainage, tenderness, warmth, enlargement of lymp nodes or fever - please seek medical attention for possible infection.

sex on tuesday last 2 days my right lip is very swollen and painful and has purplish black spot on it what could it be? i was thinking spider bite?

Bite: It could be a bite in view of that purplish spot.  I recommend warm water applications and observe for increasing swelling,,redness,pain and tenderness. You could also pat dry and apply an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin. However If any of these signs occur you must be checked for an abscess

Oral herpes?: It sounds like you might have oral herpes (cold sore). See a doctor ASAP for exam and testing to be sure. Spider bites are extremely rare; that's not what you have.

i woke up yesterday evening a discovered two small spots close together on my upper lip it swollen could it be a spider bite? by it being my lip i could only feel them. it's swollen red and tingling just a little

Yes : Yes it could be a spider bite. It could be an infection from a tooth, hair follicle, or sebaceous gland. Recommend that you see your physician as soon as possible to make sure that it does not progress to a msra infection which is difficult to treat. In the mean time wash it with soap and water then place an antibiotic ointment on the site.
