Bite: How do you know you were bit? Did you see the thing that bit you? Are you sure it was a spider? Could it have been a tick? Either way, it could take weeks to months to feel better but i would be safe and see your primary care doctor who might want to do a little bit more searching for a cause.

Joint pain: Arthralgia is the medical term for painful joints. Although, there is no or little perceived swelling, it does not mean there is no inflammation going on. I think you need to have inflammatory causes ruled out such as rheumatoid arthritis, etc. You will need to see a doc for history and physical and work up.

Get to a hospital: 1) get to doctor, hospital where they have a good lab; r/o rule out septic arthritis (infection of joint). Drain infected joint fluid (synovial fluid), do culture, sensitivity, microscopic exam, check the CBC (complete blood count), give you appropriate antibiotics. Keep off painful joint!

Fe intake: Your Iron profile does not suggest you need Iron. The Iron saturation is high. Please check fasting transferrin saturation. You may be reacting to Iron but with these numbers, you do not need Iron supplementation

Joint pain: .Do you have bowel or bladder issues which is an emergency spinal cord issue?  Go to ER immediately. If  so severe that you can not walk go to ER. After initial ER  treatment products like   motrin (NSAIDS), fish oil 2-3,000 mg /day, tumeric 1 teaspoon a day , epsom salt ( mangesium sulfate) baths 1-2 times a week can supplement medications and help.  .

Relative rest: Joint pain is not something you want after exercise.  I suspect you have had too fast a progression of your activity level.  The body needs time to adjust to and respond to new activity levels.  I would only workout one body part hard  or muscle group every fourth or fifth day.  If your lower extremity joints are hurting mix in some low impact cardio with a day of rest in between.
