Unlikely: Anything is possible, but HIV is not generally transmitted by any means other than transfer of blood or body fluids directly, and not by saliva (which contains enzymes that kill the virus).  If somebody you kissed was actively bleeding from the mouth, this may conceivably occur, but very improbable.  Be careful. Be safe.  Be healthy.

No: That just doesn't happen. During the old days, families with a positive member who was loaded with the virus would kiss as families should and nobody caught it. Period.
