Probably: The alcohol probably kills the sperm that it comes in contact with. The problem is that there are millions of sperms in ejaculate and sperm are good swimmers. If there is semen at the vaginal opening, those sperm can still swim to the cervix (and farther). You are still at risk for pregnancy. Wiping with alcohol wipes will not really help.

Who knows?: If it is just on the vaginal edges, then pregnancy is unlikely. But sperm are sneaky little driven creatures and if they are in the vaginal vault, they know exactly where to go!

Possibly: If the ejeaculate or the pre-ejaculate ends up near the opening of your vagina (called the introitus) then pregnancy is possibly. It is important to consistently use protection if you are not ready for pregnancy.

Very unlikely: Anything's possible, but that would be a long way to swim for the little guys. One would also need a lot of vaginal moisture all the way to the sperm so that the sperm wouldn't have to attempt swimming across any dryish spots. If worn correctly and all the time, underwear does perform well as an anti-pregnancy device. In general, sperm near the vagina just doesn't cut it. Near is not close enough.

Fairly likely: If you have sex at the right time and if so,e semen is in the vagina, you can get pregnant. Pulling out, or coitus interruptus, is not very reliable. If you are not pregnant, you might want to consider a better form of birth control.

i'm regular period,haven't ever missed period,sperms released on outside vagina,checked pragnancy  came negative, took mensovit tblt fr 2days, it was only bleeding when the tablt was taken,today wet blood clots came, what does it mean? am i pragnant?

: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
