Is it theoretically possible semen on a finger could result in pregnancy? Probably yes. Does it happen with any measurable frequency? No. But clearly you're close to having real sex: get on proper contraception!

Sperm have limited energy stores and only enough to travel inside the vaginal mucus at normal body temperature to reach the egg and conceive. Sperm placed outside lose their energy stores within minutes and die. Whatever other sources you are reading are erroneous.
