Speech delay: Need to see a speech therapist. There are programs through school district as well. Hearing problems can lead to speech impairment as well. Need to make sure hearing is not playing a role.

No: There are probably genetic factors in all of these, but these are polygenic. Hyperlexic kids often do very well in life. You won't find a single locus mutated that will inform a decision about  preventing more children like this from being born. Genetic testing is for major, catastrophic illnesses like cystic fibrosis or muscular dystrophy -- single-gene diseases.

after a filling 6 months ago i now have speech impairment, difficulty chewing and chronic popping and pain with a lot of spasming and jaw jerking,?

From a filling ?: The actual filling itself should not have given you those problems. Injection? Infection? What treatment has been rendered so far? Did it occur immediately or after a period of time? Appears you need a full medical workup with all these symptoms... please call your physician.

Difficult to say: It all depends on many factors( the exact location of the tumor, surgical excision, and the postoperative course). This question is best for your sons neurosurgeon. But  some patients have some siginificant improvements from intensive speech therapy.

Yes: Aphasia is well know to be associated with certain types of migraines. You should discuss this with your doctor as there are treatments you may be able to take.

what can cause muscle weakness, balance issues, memory and speech impairment, poor concentration, and essential tremor in hands? the symptoms started 6-8 mths ago and are progressing steadily. tremor being addressed with propranolol?

See neurologist: If you are receiving a drug for tremor, then you already saw your GP. The symptoms could be caused by several things ranging from  anxiety, illicit drug use, to neurological causes e.g brain disease, tumor.  Try NOT to self diagnose! You require a neurological work up. Ask your doc for a referral to a neurologist and an MRI brain, to search for causes. Good luck

This depends: On the source. Speech therapy can do wonders in improvement, but it mostly depends on the source of the disability. The outcome will be different from different pathologies, like between congenital malformations verse, traumatic brain injuries, it just depends and should be seen as a case to case prognosis.

Any recommendations: Usually hospital work ups need out patient follow up. When do you go back to the doctors? They may have more information, labs that have returned since you left the ER/hospital.
It is not common to have TIA symptoms.  So follow up with the doctor for complete care.
