Yes: Aphasia is well know to be associated with certain types of migraines. You should discuss this with your doctor as there are treatments you may be able to take. https://migraine.com/blog/migraine-symptoms-transient-aphasia/

Yes: It is possible to get a retro-orbital (behind the eye) migraine with an aura like that (speech impairment), but you should go to your doctor for a full history and neurological exam to rule-out other possibilities and to decide if further work-up is needed.

Yes: you can get migraines with neurologic symptoms. but it is safer to discuss things with your doctor rather than self diagnosis . There are other sinister conditions which can mimic migraines. some info on migraine is on the following link.http://patient.info/health/migraine-leaflet

Yes: Migraines may vary in forms and presentations. Very few people experience the typical migraines including an aura, severe headache, blurred vision, spots in vision, nausea and vomiting. Other migraine forms include pressure behind the eye, weakness on one side of the body, temporary loss of vision, vertigo, speech impairment and so on. You still need to see your GP who can rule out other causes.
