i have gastritis/duodenitis with erosions. taking protonix and sucralfate. only water and eating oatmeal,, etc. i still get an acid taste in mouth after eating and usually have gurgling at tip of sternum after swallowing. too much acid? les issue?

: This is one possibility. Adjust diet, avoid caffeine, avoid eating less then two hours prior to bedtime.

R/O FOOD POISONING : Evaluate for food poisoning you need stool and labs screened and a through exam. If diarrhea develops empiric therapy with CipRo (ciprofloxacin) is usually started. Get prompt evaluation as dehydration can develop rapidly.

Reflux more likely: You appear to have both acid and bile reflux which can really irritate and inflame your throat   see GI doc.

Possible: Could  be the chocolate or another ingredient in the cookies.  Posivle gerd or allergic reaction.  See your doctor about this.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described is suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease. If you are overweight, that is probably making matters worse and it would help to lose weight. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a Gi Specialist.

several blood blisters that look black on my tongue, happens after eating ice cream, i also get flank pain after eating sugar is it related?

Normal and no: The change in color with cold is normal for the tongue spots and  I cannot think why you should get flank pain after sugar

Stay away: from concentrated sweets, reaction unsusual but nit uncommon except for fever

Many possibilities: Enalapril, like any blood pressure medication, can cause dizziness. Monitor BP several times daily to see the range of readings. Omeprazole can cause taste disturbances but this is not common. More common causes of metallic taste in mouth include diseases of the gums and teeth, multivitamins and supplements, antidepressants, chemotherapy or radiation.
