At an allergist's office, skin tests can be done to look for reactions to possible allergens causing the hives.

Separate issues: Vitamin D deficiency is not a likely cause of urticaria. Allergy to pollen is a separate issue and needs different treatment.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Any allergy can.: Urticaria (hives) is due to true allergy only 10% of the time. Any type of allergy can cause the skin rash.  Foods & drugs are the most common. Other causes can be physical (direct pressure on the skin; cold; change in skin temperature) or underlying diseases like thyroid or auto-immune disorders, infections, cancer, etc. Urticaria that lasts up tp 4 weeks is considered acute. Longer is chronic.

Raisins : Raisins are not a natural product. What is meant by unprocessed? How did they make the grapes into raisins? There-in likely is the answer.

NO  NO   NO: See a dermatologist. Eczema and urticaria are completely different. You left out any clues to the true diagnosis. Neither eczema nor chronic urticaria are allergies. The treatments are completely different. Do not use clobetasol on your face. It may cause perioral dermatitis. You will be sorry if it does. It is rarely associated with cataracts and glaucoma if used on the face.

severe urticaria & angioedema every day for 10 weeks now. allergy tests show nothing. not responding to antihistamine, steriods, or prednisone. help!

Urticaria angioedema: Many possibilities.  Could be any medication, foods, chemicals in house, or sprays.  Sometimes clothes, anything new in house, pets, . Write down everything you do and keep searching.  Allergy test don't show everything you could react to.  Even vitamins, eye makeup, cosmetics and soap could be causing problem.
