I am not sure: Did you get an exam?  See a gynecologist or dermatologist.  Maybe you have a follicle that is infected, or an abscess, carbuncle, boil, hydradenitis like infection, etc.  Good luck.

If no improvement or appearance of spreading redness, see your physician for systemic antibiotic treatment.
