Need therapeutic dos: If it is herpes you need therapeutic  dose and not suppressive dose as you have active infection
if you are not sure have it checked as the ulcers can come from other conditions.Check with your doctor.

STD screen : Sorry you are not feeling well. You need a full history and physical exam in urgent care. Get a full urine and blood sexually transmitted disease screening. May or may not be Herpes. Get partner tested treated ASAP as well. Go to ER if urgent care not available. Good luck.

Infections: Need work up immediately. Many causes such as herpes, h. Ducreyi, trichomonas, gonorrhea, etc.  There are treatments and you must get them asap, especially with the back pain- signifies that infection is systemic.
