Be Seen!: You need a thorough physical exam by an ent. It might be something simple as a cellulitis or a complicated as an aggressive lymphoma which can cause destruction of the septum. But only a physical exam and biopsy( if necessary) will determine the cause of your symptoms. While you are waiting to be seen start with applying neosporin to your nose three times a day. But please be seen.

No: Herpes simplex lesions can reoccur at any mucous membrane junction with skin.  Lips and nostrils are the most common sites.  It's just random where (or if) yours show up.

Sores in Nose: The white hard bumps could be milia which are superficial cysts under the skin. Sores in the nose are usually caused be a bacteria called staph. Prescription topical Mupirocin applied inside the nose is helpful for this skin condition.

Infection?: It sounds like you have an acute infection of some sort. If so, it is unrelated to the previous wart problem. "Swollen with sores" suggests staph, strep, herpes, or other infection that needs immediate treatment. See your doctor ASAP. (Also get the "wart" checked, especially if it hasn't been professionally diagnosed. Facial warts are rare, maybe something else.

my husband has 2 large sores each one is on the center wall of the nostrils. they are red & have a yellowish pus like bumps. it has a slight crust.

Could be: bacterial or viral infection.  Anything on the nose could spread directly to brain, so he needs immediate medical attention.  Get him to a doctor asap.

Possibly: Nasal sores sounds like nasal colonization and infection with staphylococcus aureus.  This could be methicillin sensitive mssa or methicillin resistant mrsa.  A nasal culture would confirm the diagnosis and the exact organism.  It could be treated with intranasal bactroban(mupirocin) ointment and hibiclens soap showers and shampoos.  If this doesn't work there are oral antibiotics that can be used.

See a Derm: There is actually a very effective oral medicine that you can take. The dosage varies based on the number of outbreaks, either just when you feel one coming on or daily suppression. This would be something you could discuss.

Not likely.: This cancer is seen in the far east and mediterranean.  It has a distinct histology, nonkeratinizing undifferentiated carcinoma with infiltrating lymphocytes called lymphoepithelioma, due to epstein-barr virus.  The lesions above might be due to an infectious/viral cause.  If they persist, a good otolaryngologist can be of help.
