See your doctor: Your symptoms are very nonspecific, so no one can give a definitive answer from them.  Your best bet would be to see your doctor, who can take a complete history, do a physical exam and maybe get some tests done to start the workup, then start the treatment.

How severe is your pain, where is your pain?
How long the pain lasts?
What makes it better, what happens when you eat, does it getter better or worse?
What happens when you move bowls or air?
You need to see your doctor to sort out multiple possibilities from minor to serious.

Several possibles: If you are vomiting or running fevers then go in right away to your doc. If you are losing weight without trying, or having other health issues then get in to see your doc. Your pain could be from a hernia, muscular cramping, gas, menstrual cramping, constipation, ulcer, gallstones and or colitis. Your symptoms have persisted so please get checked by your doc.
