See gyne: Go to see your gyne  to get checked. It could be from different condition- from trauma, dermatitis, to other things like infection etc. Did you use anything new- i.e. Lubrication gel, etc.

Vaginitis: Without being able to examine you there is no way to tell what this is. Go see a doctor and be assessed appropriately.

Vaginitis: It could be yeast, bacterial infection, sexually transmitted infection or even atrophy causing your irritation.  You should consult with you doctor but could try over the counter medication prior to that.  There are also vaginal ph tests that are available over the counter which may help.

Yeast: The symptoms you describe sound like  a yeast  infection .  Using an over the counter medication like Monistat would not be wrong.  If the symptoms don't resolve, you will need to wait a few days until the cream is out of the vagina to make a diagnosis from the vaginal discharge.

No problem: Cuts like this usually heal well on their own.  good hygiene, a topical antibiotic , maybe a band aid and time will cure this.  In the rare event you develop signs and symptoms of a progressive infection see your doc.

Many possibilities.: This can be from a simple folliculitis, sexually transmitted disease or a Bartholin's gland cyst.  See your physician for further diagnosis and treatment.  Large cysts may require drainage by your doctor and antibiotics.  If fever is present, or pain continues, see your doctor immediately.
