i have had a very bad headache since friday evening.i have been treating with panado and still pain. last tablet taken at 05:00 this morning. am now sitting with an on off fever and a sore throat. what to do next?

Covid-19: These symptoms sound like you may have Covid-19 (Fever, sore throat, headache). Continue Panado for pain and fever, drink lots of warm or cool soothing fluids, rest, and self isolate from others so that you don't spread the virus. See a Dr for trouble breathing, persistent chest pain, new confusion. A test may confirm the diagnosis, but treatment won't change.

Inflammation: looks like some kind of inflammation; slush your mouth with peroxide diluted in water. if persists for more then 3 days need to see you primary care physician

i have a chest pain / very tight. random cough to try and see if it works to clear it up. not phlegm. no sneezing. no sore throat. usually feels like this in the morning and evening but now the whole time ?

Chest pain: We need more info.  Does it come on with exercise and then stop when you stop.
If you smoke STOP.
Keep a diary of when it comes on and what makes it better.  Discuss with your Dr. If your family is known to have a cholesterol issue then get that info as well: Age and cause of deaths as far back as you can. Discuss this family tree with Dr.

Use Acetaminophen for pain and headache, drink lots of warm or cool soothing fluids, rest, and isolate her from others so that she doesn't spread the virus. See a Dr for trouble breathing, persistent chest pain, new confusion, lethargy. A test may confirm the diagnosis, but treatment won't change

i have felt mild symptoms, slight sore throat on sunday evening, slightly dizzy with my ears popping monday morning, both ear popping like flying in a plane. sore throat gone. tonight, shortness of breath, tight chest. should i go test for covid19?

Allergies or sinuses: If it is acute, viruses are a likely culprit. If this is somewhat of a chronic problem for you, post nasal drip caused by allergies or a sinus infection can give you a sore throat that is sometimes worse in the morning. Do you have any cough associated with your sore throat (perhaps also worse at night when you lay down)?

Mouth breathing: You may breath through your mouth while you sleep, which dries out your mouth and throat. With a dry mouth, certain bacteria can proliferate which causes an odor. Try brushing your tongue as well as your teeth, and when you use mouth rinse, gargle it into the back of your throat as well.

Post nasal drip: It sounds like your suffering from post nasal drip and the secretions irritate your upper airway causing AM sore throat. I would also look into sleep apnea. Some patients who intermittently obstruct all night lone have a sore throat from trauma

Post nasal drip: You may have a post nasal, drip which becomes bothersome when you lie down at night  and is worse on arising. Use salt water nose drops for help.

Depends: On the level of intimacy as there are specific viruses/ bacteria with different transmission ways. Not to mention that your encounter might have nothing to do with your symptoms. Would recommend seeing your physician in case your symptoms worsen or you have high suspicion that your symptoms are indeed related to your encounter.
