See a doctor: lower body temperature is not necessarily good, it could be chills and some time could indicate a systemic infection .either go to the ER or see a doctor for proper evaluation, you might need antibiotic for the sore throat if it turn to be a bacterial infection. so go and see a doctor

See primary or ENT: It is not uncommon for you to have some hearing disturbance with sinusitis or soon afterwards, but it should not last for long. It is tough to tell exactly what is going on without doing a proper exam. If this persists for more than a few days or is bothersome to you, consider seeing your primary doctor or ENT. Best wishes.

Have yourself checkd: You can have a "regular" pharyngitis or you may have a more serious problem, like and std. Consult to your physician. He will recommend the apropriate test to find out what the problem is. Be honest and tell him what you did. Discussed this with your girlfriend and go together so she can check herself and both be treated in case of an std. Good luck.

Doctor can evaluate: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or flu (antibiotics are not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away in a day or two (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) temporarily lessens throat pain.

RULE OUT MONO: You have upper respiratory infection most likely associated with lymph nodes emergent in the neck
you need to be on two week courses of antibiotic and reevaluate 
might need to rule out mono if the lymph nodes persist in spite of the antibiotic treatment
either way you need to go and see your pcp.

i am experiencing  sore throat. i had a low risk sexual experience on november 15 had a 4th generation test on february 4. 81 days after exposure and a qralquick test on mar 9 both negative. are my test conclusive ?

Not HIV: HIV doesn't cause sore throat as the only symptom, especially more than a month after exposure. Your negative HIV tests are conclusive and prove you don't have HIV. See your doctor for diagnosis if the problem continues.
