i've been suffering with severe sore throat , body pains in the back and leg and extreme headaches my chest is extremely painful in the middle  and suffering with a shortness of breath ?

Get tested for COVID: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.  Would contact your Dr. as this could be other types of infection as well.

If you have been in contact with others who have or may have covid, you should be more concerned. Please consult your physician, and arrange for testing if you are concerned. More info. : You’re symptoms are vague and cover the whole body. What comes to mind is a viral illness like a cold or flu. But hard to diagnose that  based on info provided. Most viral illnesses will resolve in a few days. If not improving, by then get seen by an MD to begin the work up.

It's time for a Dr.: Chest pains that are brief can be due to minor problems or to serious ones. One's primary care doctor can evaluate, or one can use the ER if needed. Possible causes include angina heart pain, partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung), pneumonia, stomach reflux, pleuritis, pericarditis, etc... One should not wait with such symptoms. The doctor can check for strep throat or influenza too.

i am a sexually active 18 yr old male, 2 days after sex, i noticed a rash on my hip area. it isnt particularly itchy nor is it very painful. i want to make sure it doesnt look like an std though. five days later i have a sore throat and chest pain?

No: Sounds like you have bronchitis. You can use any of the OTC decongestants like Mucinex (guaifenesin) but most likely you need to be evaluated by a doctor and may need antibiotics plus a prescription medicine for the discomfort.
