Can still happen: and can still be viral, not sure if you received any antibiotic treatment  in the first episode. Salt water gargles, saline nasal washes, rest and pain killers would help, if no improvement, you want to see your doctor for possible need of Rx meds, best wishes

Usually not: It may be due to anything from acid refluxing from your stomach while you sleep to allergies to an early, easy-to-treat throat cancer.  A physician office visit is indicated if it lasts two weeks or more.  I'm glad you're taking a pro-active approach to your health and i wish you luck.

:  Good idea. In South Africa a medical provider will determine need for COVID 19 testing.  Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps to look at your risk.

It could be post: Nasal drip related to a viral infection. Sinus infection is possible but often you would feel pressure or pain over the affected sinuses. A medical evaluation would help to accurately diagnose this if the symptoms worsen or are not resolving. Take care.
