Stomach pain: A sore stomach may be caused prolonged straining after passing a large and hard stool. Another reason for the pain maybe the persistent peristaltic movement of the large intestines trying to move large impacted stool due to constipation.

1/3. is it possible to eat so much that it can cause your stomach to feel sore? i ate a heavy lunch on monday 12/25. i felt super full and haven't had many bowel movements. i have trouble with constipation so is that it?

Eating too much: Yes, it is possible to eat too much. Have you had any veggies or fiber? This is essential to having normal bowel movements. Eating too much increases your risk of diabetes and many unpleasant GI issues/disease in the future.

Return to surg: With recent lap chol, need to go back to surgeon, get examined to make certain no "leaks" (fluid in lower abdomen) and make certain lab tests are okay.  Shouldn't have lower abdominal pain at this point after lap chole.

Not sure: Depends on severity of pain, associated symptoms, location, etc.  Cannot make a diagnosis on the internet.  If it persists it might be helpful to see a doctor and be examined.

does this sound like ibs even with the normal movement.
ive had good colonoscopy and good yelp blood test. today wiped out no energy i just cause no sleep.

: If you were sick last night with abdominal pain, three bowel movements and lack of sleep, it is normal if you feel wiped out today at your age.
You probably ate something wrong with your dinner, IBS should not behave that way. 
Do not worry too much because anxiety and IBS have some causal relationship.

White/pale stools: White/pale stools can be due to abnormality in the bile system which includes the gallbladder, liver and pancreas.  There may be blockage obstructing the release of bile into the intestinal tract causing light stools.  Also antacids can turn stools pale or white.  Follow up with a doctor if the white stools persist.

How long?: A viral illness and/or food poisoning  are probably the most common causes of those symptoms but that usually moves thru your system in a few days.  If this has been going on longer than that you should see an md for a work up.  There are inflammatory colitises, food intolerances, parasitic diseases and other diseases that may cause the same symptoms but over a prolonged period.

Sweating: Have you checked your temperature and your blood pressure? Is your pulse rate high? Have you started to drop to the ground as you stand up? Any one or combination of these suggests going to the Emergency Room. If things are not that advanced see your PCP.

: This could be a sign of inflammation so the fact that you are having associated discomfort means you should see a doctor and have this evaluated. You may need to see a GI doctor for testing to find out what is wrong so the best treatment can be rendered. Best of luck to you!

i feel a  very slight soreness when i press on my lower intestines...bowel movement seems good and i feel fine, no other symptoms except feeling extra gassy, is this dangerous? what can i do at home to remedy this?

Gas: To reduce intestinal gas formation, in addition to reducing ingestion of gassy foods and beverages, try taking simethicone 1/2 hour after eating a meal. To break down existing gas in the intestinal tract and help pass it down into the rectum,  drink hot(not boiling) water. Apply heat to the abdomen if very uncomfortable.  I agree that your symptoms aren't worrisome.
