Exam localization: If one has greater discomfort on compression of the ribs near the cartilaginous joints rather than a diffuse tenderness over the chest wall, it would be more likely to be a costochondritis.  Physical examination needs to be more detailed and more specific  in its results to answer this question more accurately.

See below: Sore throat cause can be as easy as looking into the mouth and throat to see if there is anything to blame. If you feel uncomfortable doing so, see your pediatrician. Otherwise if sore throat pain is suspected, a trial of tylenol drops (acetaminophen) can be used.

It kills H. pylori, and heals gastric and duodenal ulcers.  1,000 mg per day for at least two weeks.

Back Pain: It can be due to a lot of things.  Can be from muscle strain/osteoarthritis or something serious such as herniated disc/spinal stenosis. Have it checked by your pcp specially if its persistent and ongoing for 2 years.
