Yes: These days, oral cold sores may be Herpes Simplex Type 1 (70%) or Type 2 (30%). Genital Herpes is 70% Type 2 and 30% Type 1. This is because of oral sex being commonly practiced. 
You may conceivably be infected with a mouth lesion, however, usually it is skin-to-skin contact. It would be a stretch to get clitoral herpes from saliva.

Imiquimod? Herpes?: If you had a genital wart in that area and treated it with imiquimod, you might just have a localized reaction. Stop both imiquimod and macmiror for a few days and it probably will heal. But genital herpes is another consideration, overall the most common cause of genital ulcer disease. Best to see your doctor to be professionally checked, especially if no imiquimod use in that spot.

Whether you will be infected or not once you come in contact with it, no one can't tell for sure, but i'd be extremely cautious not to have oral sex with anyone known to have active cold sores.

Unlikely: The herpes simplex viruses , both type one and type two, can cause both fever blisters and genital herpes and are very hardy viruses, however it is unlikely that you will transmit it that easily. They can be transmitted by oral sex though and there is risk if masturbating so do be careful.
