Sinusitis : Sinusitis causes congestion, headache, toothache sensation, post orbital pain, fever but vision not affected. Migraine headaches and ocular emergencies e.g vein occlusion or tears usually have vision changes

hi there. i have a pain in the right side of my eye. its more the eye socket and skim around the eye then the actual eye ball. it causes discomfort when blinking and is sore to the touch. there are no signs of redness or inflammation. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ophthalmologist.

Just a thought: You may have an inflammation of one of your facial nerves called Trigeminal Neuralgia or "Tic Douloureux" 
Google it and discuss it with your PCP. Treatment is available and if your PCP thinks it's worth considering a referral to a Neurologist may be indicated!

Shingles: What you are describing could well be an outbreak of shingles or Herpes Zoster.  The condition is an infection affecting the insulating material surrounding a nerve fiber, causing swelling and corresponding pain and frequently inflammation or eruption of the skin along the course of the affected nerve.  Best to have your doctor evaluate this right away.

skin colored bump/ zit shaped on my inner eye socket bone near nose. it's sore when i blink sometimes or when i touch it. could it be a deep zit?

This could be an: acne pimple or could be a cyst, which may be infected. I would recommend applying warm compresses a few times/day; ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain if needed. If it is not improving or if worsening please see your doctor.

Your : Your pain may be related to active sinus disease.  In the case of acute sinusitis, you may have pain in the sinuses that surround the eye.  This can cause pain and ache and is often related to viral or bacterial infection. Most often this will clear on its own, but many physicians will treat with antibiotics.

I suppose pollen exposure could make symptoms worse if one has ongoing sinusitis and underlying allergies.

If things do not improve soon, i would suggest evaluation by your medical doctor.

Ophthomologist: There are some benign causes for your symptoms, but there are also some concerning causes. The more acute this is, the more it needs to be evaluated. Ed if visual disturbance and or pain with light and/or high fever are more concerning. Ed or ophthamologist are appropriate.

Pretty Common.: Such twitching is common and usually benign.  Related to stress, meds, stimulants, sleep deprivation, etc. Unless this is progressive (becoming more frequent and involving larger areas of your face or other areas of your body)  it requires no further evaluation.
