left side of top part of collarbone feels sore if i move my shoulder around.. i don't feel any lumps and i have no other symptoms, what could this be?

: That could be from a poor neck position during sleep, a muscle strain. If I am correct that symptom should improve tomorrow.

right shoulder blade swollen,  shoulder socket has pain and collarbone aches. is it normal soreness from a fall or more serious? thank you!

Depends on how far+: It depends on how you landed & how far you fell. This is unusual 2 have all these complaints in the areas u described. U should b evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon & have x rays also.

collarbone and bone on top of shoulder sticking out more so on one side which isnt new. feeing sore is for 6 weeks, does feel better and tylenol seams like helping . skinny, prob iron deficient. not worried. could that be it or maybe i strained it?

: What you describe might be an appearance from being thin. It is not from iron deficiency. If feeling better after Tylenol then it could be a strain. If not better or worried best to get checked by your doc. try a heating pad too. Hope you do well

Lymphadenopathy: You need an exam hard lymph nodes that are painful and immovable  are worrisome so I would let your practitioner touch it and see if further work up is needed

i have rt shoulder rotator repair and bicep reattchment on december 10 now 3 weeks out i have started swelling all the way into collarbone feeling like vice grip is on my shoulder joint. have ran low grade temp. with aching pain running into my arm?

See a physician: This could represent swollen lymph nodes, or benign lipomas, or could even be just your body morphology (just the way you were born).  See a physician to get it looked at for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

Arm pain: That's unfortunately too vague and diffuse a collection of symptoms to comment on. While it may be related to overactivity, it would make sense to get checked out.

See doc ASAP: The symptoms of shoulder pain are bad enough that you shd go to the emergency room and have the child examined and x rayed. The forearm pain tho not urgent can be looked at too.

: If you have an injury that you feel that you may have broken either of those bones, you should go to the emergency room. You need at the very minimum some x-rays. Do not delay. Good luck.
