Menstrual pain issue: You probably are having pre /peri menstrual breast pain and menstrual cramps due to loss of progesterone production. It would help to know if your sore breasts and lower abdominal pain correlates with your menstrual period. 

 You can take one to  two over the counter naproxen (Aleve) twice a day as needed. You should see your doctor if this does not help or if these pains persist.

Abdominal pain: There are a number of factors that can cause mastalgia (sore breasts) and abdominal pain.  Pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and other factors.

Your : Your symptoms could be related to changes in hormone levels, but I do think you should have a medical evaluation and have testing performed.  If there is any chance you could be pregnant then please take a pregnancy test.  I am also concerned about the discharge.  Again it could be related to hormones but this should be cultured.

If you have increased pain, vomiting, fever, or lightheadedness, then you must be seen immediately.

been off depo provera for a month and a half and recently started to have light brown discharge which went to dark then red like a period and then light brown again. ive also had very sore breasts, bloating an lower abdominal pain. withdrawal? preg?

Post depo issue: depo provera may cause irregular ovulation/bleeding for up to 12 months, however consulting your doctor is reasonable as well.

Many things: Can still have hormone problems, an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and a mammogram along with blood work. See your gynacologist.

Yes: Early pregnancy can cause all those symptoms you describe.  If you don't have foul discharge or fever, then hopefully not pid.  If you're worried it wouldn't hurt to get checked to make sure as you wouldn't want to have cervical or uterine infection in pregnancy.  But definitely the symptoms you describe can be due solely to early pregnancy.

This could be a lot: Of things. This sounds like a gastrointestinal disease. Have it checked out by your doc. There is no easy answer and your doc may need to obtain some testing after history and physical. Does not sound like something that can wait.

Eval: If your abdominal pain is so severe that you can hardly walk I would recommend prompt medical evaluation. Does the jostling of walking make it hurt more?  Is it tender if you poke your abdomen?  Any fever? A "surgical abdomen" should be rule out for excruciating pain?

Many things : There are so many things that can cause lower abdominal pain. Bladder infections, cysts and endometriosis are possible causes but there are many others. Schedule a visit for an exam and testing. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Get examined: Concern for ovarian or hormonal problem.
