Hard to say: If the pain is from gas . You have to make sure you don't have kidney stones or urinary tract infection or cardiac or respiratory conditions causing the " chest pain." it could just be gas pain . Regardless, make appointment to see your doctor.

KUB: It means the right upper tube draining your kidney is mildly full as is the part above this. I would discuss with the Dr. who wrote the report as mild fullness is vague.

Not sure: Cystoscopy generally looks at the Bladder, to see if normal and/or any polyps.  By "full" right kidney....it may be referring to a dilated ureter to that kidney,.... however, with this wording I'm uncertain as to if they saw a larger than average kidney.  As they say a picture is worth 1000 words.  I would see if I could get the full report.

See below: It is possible your baby has a congenital defect  in the left kidney, or ref lux. Normally both have  equal function. It is likely the right kidney is contributing to all of  total expected function, and your doctor will  be able to determine that. This needs to be closely monitered and any possibility of reversibility.Most children are fine with one functioning kidney.

ANS: Just 4 the record everyone has a temperature but I assume u mean you have no fever aka a high temperature. U have Hx of UTI so would first suspect this needs to be checked out as would be most likely reason. Cyst unlikely cause unless you have multiple cysts.Check with ur Dr.

Stone? Pregnant?: If you had the ultrasound for acute pain you might have, or passed, a kidney stone. If you are pregnant this mild distention can occur as a normal part pregnancy as the uterus enlarges to accommodate the baby. Best to followup with a urologist to be sure.

Yes: You already have mild enlargement of the kidney - that is what hydronephroiss is. Over a long period of time, a blocking stone can lead to infections and decrease in kidney function. It is best to talk with a good urologist as to what the best plan is for your individual case - whether the stone needs to be removed, or if they are comfortable just following it over time.
